Cancellation/ Refund/ Return Items and Orders

Cancellation Policy: 

You can cancel physical items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.

For Items, that have been shipped, kindly send us an email at the earliest to check with our shipping partner so that the process can be halted and refund can be issued.

Refund Policy:

If refund is approved, it will automatically be refunded to original payment method within 7-10 Working days.

Return Policy: 

Order return window is 7 days after delivery (only on applicable products). If your return request is approved, you'll will have to pay To and Fro charges of the Courier + Plus any damage done to material.
